Steps to Complete and Upload the Registration Form:

1. Download the Registration Form
   Click on the Download Registration Form button/link provided.

2. Fill in the Form
   Open the downloaded Excel file and complete all fields with accurate and appropriate details.

3. Save the Completed Form
   After entering all required information, save the Excel file on your device.

4. Upload the Completed Form
   Go to the Upload Registration Form field on this page.
   Click on Choose File or Browse, select your completed form, and upload it.

5. Submit
   Ensure all other necessary fields on the page are filled, and click Submit to complete your registration.
